• Receive vendor bills and perform two-way or three-way match (purchase order, bill, receiving report/ship ticket/BOL)
• Use “Quickbooks Bill Pay” which automates bill processing and payment.  No need for checkstock in the office closet or desk drawer.  All payments are either delivered electronically or where paper check necessary check printed and mailed by Quickbooks.
